What changes a fully fitted price
- Fence type - closeboard costs more to build than lap panels
- Posts & gravel boards - concrete lasts longer on Fen peat; see posts and gravel boards
- Ground & access - soft peat, roots, slopes and tight side access add labour time
- Old fence removal - digging out concreted posts takes longer than lifting panels
- Length & height - more metres and taller bays mean more materials and labour
- Gates - made-to-measure openings and hanging posts are priced with the gate
